Tropic Cay Beach Hotel Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale

At 4:30 am, the room looked like a 3rd world hotel room, was super cold, but clean with no bed bugs or any type of bugs. The hotel's service was a mix of rude non-English speaking individuals and excellent staff who efficiently resolved issues for our large group. The location shines being directly across from the beach, offering a wonderful beachfront experience near the intracoastal with stunning views of million-dollar boats and houses. The dining was average, with limited options, but the homemade pies and jams were a treat. The facilities are decent, though with a mix of positives and negatives.
